Harbor Reserve registered investors have the unique opportunity to participate in business, oil and gas, alternative energy, technology, real estate, hospitality, gaming, entertainment, marine, and mining ventures around the world through Harbor Reserve companies. The investment may include preferred equity, short-term debt, or a combination, thereof, and be as low as $10,000 or as high as $100,000,000+. Annual returns are generally targeted at a minimum 25% for equity and 14% for debt; investment periods are usually from 1 to 5 years and provide ongoing participation.
Harbor Reserve registered investors receive exclusive discount and promotional offers from Harbor Reserve partner hotels, residence clubs, vacation rental companies, airlines, private and charter jet companies, car rental companies, luxury and adventure travel companies, restaurants, luxury merchants, private banks, and others. In addition, Harbor Reserve registered investors have the opportunity to participate with other registered investors in vacation residence, yacht, and jet acquisitions.
Harbor Reserve registered investors receive email notices about each opportunity and are able to access all of the offering documents via computer. Harbor Reserve registered investors include wealthy families and individuals, foundations, funds, firms, banks, and more – providing Harbor Reserve with over one billion dollars of investment capacity.
To be approved as a Harbor Reserve registered investor you must meet at least one of the US Securities and Exchange Commission "accredited investor" criteria: a bank, insurance company, registered investment company, business development company, or small business investment company; an employee benefit plan, within the meaning of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, if a bank, insurance company, or registered investment adviser makes the investment decisions, or if the plan has total assets in excess of $5 million; a charitable organization, corporation, or partnership with assets exceeding $5 million; a director, executive officer, or general partner of the company selling the securities; a business in which all the equity owners are accredited investors; a natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person’s spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the purchase, exclusive of primary residence; a natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year; or a trust with assets in excess of $5 million, not formed to acquire the securities offered, whose purchases a sophisticated person makes.
